Relieve Muscle Tension with a DIY Spa Massage

Giving your own massage, sounds somewhat ridiculous and counter-intuitive right? You are supposed to be relaxing during a massage. But there is a way to do your own massage, relieve muscle tension, and relax. Here is how to do it:

  1. Gather these supplies first: Muscle Relief Oil, Tennis Ball, and Cocave Body Cream
  2. Now mix together some of the body cream and the Muscle Relief oil and apply it to your back (as much as you can reach, paying special attention to your shoulders.)
  3. Massage the cream and oil into your back as much as you can – this may not be the most relaxing thing but it will help get the muscle relief you need.
  4. Now place the tennis ball between your back and the wall and use your knees to move up, down, side to side in order to massage the parts of your back you cannot reach. (This also provides a deeper massage.)
